Title: Time Management Tips for Remote Workers
Problem: Remote workers at a company were struggling to manage their time effectively, leading to missed deadlines and decreased productivity. The company needed a concise, engaging training module to equip employees with actionable time management strategies.
Solution: I designed an interactive eLearning course using Articulate Storyline, WellSaid Labs and Vyond to teach practical time management tips. The course included scenario-based activities, engaging animations, and a knowledge check to reinforce learning.
Process: I conducted a needs analysis to identify key challenges faced by remote workers.
I scripted concise content and developed a visual storyboard to plan the course flow.
I created animated characters and scenarios in Vyond to illustrate relatable situations.
I built the course in Storyline with interactive elements, including a decision-making activity and a results-based feedback system.
I published the course in HTML5 format for seamless delivery via the company’s LMS.

Title: Leaderships Skills Communication Training
Problem: Organizations often face challenges with leaders who struggle to communicate effectively, resulting in:
• Misunderstandings between team members.
• Reduced morale and productivity.
• Difficulty in providing clear feedback and direction.
In many cases, leaders lack training in active listening, clear messaging, and constructive feedback—skills that are critical for fostering team collaboration and achieving organizational goals.
Solution: To address this, I developed a Leadership Communication Skills Training program, designed to:
1. Enhance leaders’ communication abilities through interactive, practical exercises.
2. Provide actionable strategies to improve active listening and feedback delivery.
3. Empower leaders to build trust and foster collaboration within their teams.
This program includes:
• A Facilitator Guide for delivering the training in live or virtual environments.
• Visual Aids to support key concepts and maintain engagement.
• An Interactive Activity to allow participants to practice active listening.
Process
1. Needs Analysis:
• Conducted research on common communication challenges faced by leaders.
• Collaborated with stakeholders to define objectives and align the program with organizational goals.
2. Design:
• Created a facilitator guide with a structured session outline, scripts, and tips for effective delivery.
• Designed a slide deck with key concepts, visuals, and activity instructions.
• Developed an interactive activity, “The Listening Challenge,” for practical skill application.
3. Development:
• Used PowerPoint to create visually appealing and accessible content.
• Incorporated inclusive design principles to ensure digital accessibility compliance.
4. Implementation:
• Delivered the program to a pilot group, collecting feedback on engagement and content clarity.
• Provided instructors with the facilitator guide and training materials.
5. Evaluation:
• Conducted one-on-one interviews with participants 1-2 weeks after the training to evaluate how they applied the skills in real-world scenarios.
• Can you share an example where you used active listening or constructive feedback since the training?
• What specific elements of the training helped you most in your communication?
• Are there areas where you still feel improvement is needed?
• Used interview feedback to refine the training materials for future sessions.
